DIRECTIONS TO DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS
89.- 1. The Attorney-General may, in the case of any offence to which
this section applies, give general or special directions to the Director of
Public Prosecutions as to the exercise of the powers conferred upon the
Director of Public Prosecutions by section 88 of this Constitution and the
Director of Public Prosecutions shall act in accordance with those
directions.
2. This section applies to-
a. offences against any law relating to-
i. official secrets;
ii. mutiny or incitement to mutiny; and
b. any offence under any law relating to any right or obligation of Antigua and
Barbuda under international law.
