COMPOSITION OF THE HOUSE.
36.- 1. Subject to the provisions of this section, the House shall
consist of a number of elected members equal to the number of constituencies
from time to time established by Order under Part 4 of this Chapter, who shall
be elected in such a manner as may, subject to the provisions of this
Constitution, be prescribed by or under any Act of Parliament.
2. If the person holding the office of Speaker is not otherwise a member of the
House, he shall be a member of the House by virtue of holding that office.
3. If the person holding or acting in the office of Attorney-General is not
otherwise a member of the House he shall be a member of the House by virtue of
holding or acting in that office but shall not vote in the House.
