Article 143g[Continued applicability of Article 107]

| For the regulation of the distribution of tax revenue, of financial equalisation between Länder and of federal supÂplementary grants, Article 107 as it stood until the entry into force of the Basic Law Amendment Act of 13 July 2017 shall continue to be applied until 31 December 2019.
