Article 40/E |
(1) The Nemzeti Média és Hírközlési Hatóság is the regulatory and supervisory body of the electronic communications market of the Republic of Hungary. The Nemzeti Média és Hírközlési Hatóság is responsible to facilitate the smooth operation of the electronic communications market. |
(2) The President of the Nemzeti Média és Hírközlési Hatóság is appointed by the Prime Minister for a term of nine years. |
(3) The Nemzeti Média és Hírközlési Hatóság shall give account of its activities to Parliament on a yearly basis. |
(4) The President of the Nemzeti Média és Hírközlési Hatóság shall within the framework of his responsibilities and duties issue decrees under authorization by an act, which may not be contradictory to any other legislation.
