SESSIONS OF PARLIAMENT.
59.- 1. Each session of Parliament shall be held at such place within
Antigua and Barbuda and shall begin at such time (not being later than six
months from the end of the preceding session if Parliament has been prorogued
or four months from the end of that session if Parliament has been dissolved)
as the Governor-General shall by Proclamation appoint.
2. Subject to the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, not more than
three months shall elapse between sittings of Parliament during any session of
Parliament and, subject thereto, the sittings of Parliament shall be held at
such time and place as Parliament may, by its rules of procedure or otherwise,
determine.
